Returns & exchanges:
I want you to love your new purchase(s), and appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems PRIOR to leaving feedback; do not hesitate to get in contact with me. Your order may be returned for any reason provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. I will gladly accept your return and issue you either a refund or store credit, however shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Returns of non-damaged goods must be received within 20 days from the date of your sales slip, and must be received in perfect condition, including original packaging, to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an item is damaged during postage, please document it by letting me know AS SOON as you receive the package and by TAKING PICTURES of your package AND content. From there we can work out the issue.
